My mission is to provide tailor made online training programmes and plans to suit anyone who wants to increase their strength, build lean muscle and enhance their confidence and vitality in and outside of the gym. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years and my personal passion is strength training but I am also qualified in:

About Amber

Who I am

I am someone who discovered a passion for strength building and fitness whilst recovering from a stroke in 2013. I went from able bodied to totally paralysed overnight. I made a full recovery despite a prognosis of a 1/3 prospect of severe disability and a 1/3 prospect of locked in syndrome. I spent 5 years working in Gyms and with private clients. I have taken a few years out to focus on retraining as a mental health academic. I am passionate about the importance of consistent fitness tailored to where you are right now and nutrition that is realistic, enjoyable and easy to maintain. The key to finding a fitness approach that works for you is finding what you enjoy doing at times that work for you within your busy schedule and with the support of an experienced and knowledgeable fitness professional ME.
